Adam Turner
ChoiceDynamics MD, Adam Turner is a Leadership Coach, Trainer and Facilitator working throughout Asia, clients include global brands.
His background includes Military service in the early eighties followed by a career in marketing in the automotive sector, including roles with acknowledged industry leaders.
Adam’s instinct for challenging boundaries and norms has developed into a structured, analytical process which helps drive the agenda for change, improvements and personal performance.
In 2003, Adam moved full time into the field of human performance stepping into his Element.
ChoiceDynamics
The dynamics created by our choices, determine our experience of life. Some believe they have few choices and do not exercise the positive dynamics of choice.
ChoiceDynamics builds on this simple notion, layering learnings and setting people on new journeys as custodians of their own outcomes.
Our principle is based around the dynamics created around authentic choice. When working with clients we facilitate and illuminate a range of influencing issues, outcomes and consequences such that our clients take options and choices that better serve their personal outcomes.
Our approach
Our style is to be personable and to intrigue. We like to build comfort and curiosity. We like our clients to recognise their options and own their choices.
A catalyst is introduced, in small amounts, changes are accelerated and the catalyst is withdrawn or unobservable. ChoiceDynamics enjoys the discreet role we have to play in helping our clients add increased value.
